Messiah begins its annual Lenten midweek schedule with Divine Services on Ash Wednesday, March 5th at 11:00 am and 7:00 pm. The 7:00 pm service is scheduled to be livestreamed at www.youtube.com/messiahgr, our website and our Facebook page.

Great paradox defines the confession of the church. Christ is sinless yet becomes sin. We are guilty yet declared innocent. We are dying & yet we live. We are punished yet we are not killed. Repentance is that intersection of faith - knowing that we deserve death but are gifted with life. Broken & restored hearts are grounded in the treasure of Christ’s forgiveness, which reveals the mercy of God. “Return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious & merciful.” (Joel 2:12-19; 2 Corinthians 5:20b-6:10; Matthew 6:1-6, 16-21)
